Philosophy
Take care of the customer at all cost. This is not "lip service". We go well beyond service. Our phones are forwarded to a technician both nights and weekends to better serve our customers, hence our customer attrition rate of 1.3%.
In today's market, service of high technology is becoming the most important factor in a prospective customer's decision-making process. The cornerstone of ProCopy is quality service. Once we have installed a machine in a particular location, we keep that customer satisfied with our superior technical abilities and attain the goal of no customer base erosion. ProCopy will maintain a high level of communication between its sales and service departments to prevent the overselling and underselling of machines. This will allow the service department to focus on keeping customer satisfaction at a maximum while maintaining a low overhead to ensure optimum profitability.
Our service department guarantees a four-hour response time with an average of 2.75 and presents a professional image unlike any others in the area. We are prepared to handle all emergencies by maintaining a proper technician to machine ratio and constantly updating our personnel on training and technical publications.
